RECEPTION TIMES
The Practice Reception opens at 8:00am and closes at 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Reception is closed on weekends and on public holidays.
Our phone lines are open from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Our telephone system is automated, please listen to the available options to help you get through to the correct department directly. Alternatively, please hold for a receptionist.
The phone lines tend to be at their busiest in the early morning, Please try to avoid routine calls at this time.
As calls come in they are put into a queueing system until there is a member of staff available to take the call. If you are held in a queue, please be patient and hold on. If you ring off you will lose your place.

Please reserve out of hours calls for emergencies only.
Out-of-hours calls are no longer taken by the doctors from the surgery, as this service is now provided by the Primary Care Trust.
By dialling the emergency number you will access the out-of-hours service.
In response to your request you may be asked to attend a walk-in centre. They are situated in Hythe Hospital, Lymington Hospital, Shirley, Southampton General Hospital and Totton.

DISABLED PATIENTS
Access for wheelchairs is via the main entrance and the reception staff will be pleased to help if you need assistance.
There are WCs for disabled patients on the ground and first floors.
First floor clinical areas are served by a lift.
By arrangement with reception, disabled patients may be set down and picked up on our staff car park.
WALK IN CENTRES
Your nearest Walk-in Centres are in Shirley and Bitterne.
Operating hours for both centres are 7.00am - 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
